Any plans for Cross-Server partying?

Not sure if someone has requested this yet, but I think something like this would be nice.

The idea is to invite people on other servers to form a party so you can queue Duty Finder dungeons together. I think this is useful for the following reasons:

1. If I meet someone I like playing with in Duty Finder, I can play with him again (keep in mind the DF is pretty much where everyone will first experience group play, and will be the majority of the place they do so)
2. Some people were unable to get onto the world they wanted to at the game's launch.
3. Even when it is made available, server transfers are an unrealistic demand of everyone as I may have friends on multiple different servers, some of which might already have established themselves on their server's community or FC. Especially true if you are friends with someone that played legacy, but you did not.
