Steps:
Completed Grand company hunting logs prior to advancing ranks within the grand company. Currently Rank Chief Sargent within the Immortal Flames. Upon requesting quest to advance the NPC in charge of Grand Company advancement states that I have completed the Hunting log #2 but I need to speak to the Commander for his permission. The commander only has a brief chat statement when talked to, but no quest icon or offer for the dungeon duty that should be offered for advancement. I had heard that if you were of proper level this would resolve but as I am currently at level cap this does not seem to be true. Any insight in how to advance to the next rank would be appreciated.
