Is there someway to move it to the side? Because its in the middle of my hotbar and I cant see the commands cause the chatbox is in the way...how do I move it?

Is there someway to move it to the side? Because its in the middle of my hotbar and I cant see the commands cause the chatbox is in the way...how do I move it?
I believe it is hitting Select ( to selct the chat box ) and something like X to manipulate it or something like that :)
press L1 + R3
use the left analog stick to put the mouse arrow over the yellow dot next to "General"
HOLD L2
move to desired location
press L1 + R3
done
