Focus target [Cast bar]

Maybe a bug; Maybe not.

But why would the people developing this game. Put the cast bar behind the words "Focus Target" and the NPC/player's name.

Really... come on. Honestly. Why would you put the cast bar behind the text.

Didn't know it was that important to know that this frame is your "FOCUS TARGET". Plus the name is also over the cast bar too.

I don't know if this will be difficult to fix, but maybe when the focus target does cast something. The cast bar will appear OVER the text, on top of the text, overlaying the text.
