Spirithold Broken

Greetings.

I've done as many as the quests as I could find in my area.

There is one called Spirithold Broken that will not allow me to continue as I get stuck on the loading screen as soon as I have talked to the 'Hearer' and I am joining for the Duty... (The wheel still spins on the bottom right corner!)

I have to alt + f4 to get out and then I get a 'FFXIV has stopped responding bla bla bla'

This has been happening for ages...

I even tried swapping machines to see if it was a problem with a computer.. but nope, it still doesnt work!

Please, any advice on how to progress with this issue is appreciated :)
