already logged in?

I am unable to play the game. Everytime I try and log in, it says I am already logged in so I am unable to play. However my hubby on his account can log in just fine. I did a ticket through e-mail on this account so here is to hoping someone sees and gets this fixed cause I cant play.

You have more than likely been hacked. Advised to run a virus scan/delete things you dont know what they are and change all your passwords after. And deactivate your account.


P.S. I am currently going through this. And still have heard nothing from SE not even a response email =/

I have run 4 virus scanners on my computer already. Nothing was out of place. All I do is check facebook and play ff14 and now, come here that's it. So there really isn't a way to get hacked. Also my hubby is on my friends list and I have not logged in once after this has started happening and he has been logged in since it started. I highly doubt that my account got hacked. I think this is probably a bug.

I can only hope for your luck that is the case in all honesty. =/

one of the BEST thing to do
is
get a security token if you do not have one
a free one for smat phones (iOS/Android ) or pay a key chain one

if the error will not go away you account might have been hacked and being used as a RMT spammer (is has happen to many players)


if you can try an get in connect with someone on the same world as you and see if you are on and where



just so you know e-mail support is VERY VERY slow
it many takes weeks

your account may also get a temp ban at some point as well, if is was used at a RMT bot

My husband is online and so are all of our friends. My character has not been online all day today or yesterday when this started happening.

You don't know that do you? Have you tried to check the lodestone to see the last time you logged in or if a new character was put on your account? Or check to see if a second email was added your Square account?

Im on the mog station, the only e-mail on my account is the one I put in.
