Rmt hacked somehow =(

If anyone see's my account in New gridania can you please report it. I really would like to get my account back. I was playing perfectly fine last night till I went to sleep tried to log on this morning and 3102 error. I found out someone was RMT'ing in new gridania through a post on the technical support forums. ; ;

If you haven't already, contact SE. They'll freeze the account, change the password, and so on. I also suggest you run a virus scan, as you may have a keylogger (another possible explanation is that you use the same password for more than one thing, and they got your password somewhere else, ie GMail).

I also HIGHLY suggest that you get a Security Token. Passwords can be brute-forced if the person really cares enough. Security tokens that change every 2 minutes, only if the stars align.

LOL Dude physical tokens cost money plus you wait for it being shipped to you. Square Enix already resolved this thru a token app that is free to download on Android Playstore or Apple apps store. Go get this and hook it up to your Square Enix acct. Seriously it's the best thing you could ever do to your character.

If you have a smart phone get the token app, its free.
