LFG Linkshell

Hello everyone,

I don't like to use the Duty Finder because if I meet nice poeple, wich often happen, I'll never seen them anymore. I always try to shout before I start to do some Guildhest or some Dungeon, but this method is difficult and not very rewarding.

So I decided that I wanted to open a linkshell dedicated to LFG. This way, we can easily find groups for Guildhest, Dungeon, hardmode and FATE, for ALL LEVELS, get aquainted with each others and befriend people on our server.

To start this project, I've invited several members from my guild, UMBRA, but once we reach the cap, I'll only keep our officers, or very very active players to leave more place for other guilds to have access to the LFG linkshell. I hope to end by having officers (or active players) from a lot of different guild, so they can rely the informations on their guild chat. In this way, we will have a very efficient tool of communication, to form groups and having fun all together!

I'm already lvl 50, but I have been looking for more interesting linkshells to join. Our server seems to be a little bit lacking on community, so I would like to try to meet more people out of duty finder as well, where I've met far more people from other servers than my own.

Indeed, it's not so easy to get to know players. I believe this is mainly due to the gold seller that keep interesting players away from the shoot chat. It's almost impossible to get in touch with players. I don't think the community is bad however, even using the Duty Finder, I've always meet really nice persons saying hello and sometimes even having a chat (which is something extremly rare in WOW for example)....but heh, still sad when you can't get in touch with those persons afterwards.

Feel free to add me as friend, and I'll add you to the Linkshell. It's still in building stage, but with some help, we could gather a very nice bunch of poeple. Purpose is not to pewpew pown the content, but to get to knwo each other while finding group more easily.
I'm only lvl 31Whitemage, but always up once online to do Dungeon and guildhest. :)

Elloa, this is awesome to see. I was just coming here to post a thread seeing if anybody started something like this. I'll contact you in game (hopefully we are on at the same time some time, I'm in PST time zone).

I really enjoy running dungeons with others who are social, know how to play their class, and like playing as a group. It's hard to find a better feeling then when you conquer a dungeon with other players :).

Thanks Elloa! I was able to snag Saraph on and got invited into the LS. :).
