About us
We are a progression, PvE oriented casual/semi-hardcore group of players from various gaming backgrounds. Many of us have previous MMO experience, and are enjoying working together to clear content in FFXIV:ARR. We offer a welcoming atmosphere, with structured raids.
Raid Times
All times are UK times.
Monday 7-10pm.
Wednesday 7-10pm
Friday 7-10pm.
Saturday 7-10pm (Optional).
Our Expectations
These are basic rules and guidelines
We expect all members to be:
- Respectful towards others. We are not a fan of drama, and would like to keep our atmosphere laid back and welcoming.
- Knowledgeable of their class. We don't expect flawless play, but we expect you to know the class you play well.
- Knowledgeable of current content fights. We will explain tactics once for people new to fights, and answer any questions. We expect there to be no need for explanation the next time around! [/li]
- Willing to use voice comms. We prefer our members to have and use a microphone on mumble, but understand that some may not wish to do so.
- Willing to improve, with a good attitude. We understand that mistakes can happen, but would also expect members to not be held back or offended because of these mistakes.
The Trial Period
Our trial period has no fixed length or set-in-stone requirements for promotion. We simply promote people when and if we believe they have been performing well, and turning up to raids. This means that players who are under performing initially get a chance to improve, without the stress of time running out on them.
Why us?
As stated previously, we have a welcoming atmosphere with structured raids. Along with this, we are not a hardcore raiding guild, but we do expect our members to perform to their best ability, and hope to progress at a steady, respectable pace through content.
We understand that some people may not be able to raid 5-7 days a week, and our raid times reflect our attitude. We do, however, expect people to give 100% during raids!
