Ok. I just got XIV working again, and now whenever I go into the game, my cursor is really slow. I will move my mouse to click on a monster and the cursor is all glitchy and slow. Is there anything to do to solve this?

Make sure that the "Enable hardware mouse cursor" box in your FFXIV config utility, first.
