SE hasn't said, but it seems rather unlikely that they wouldn't give players a chance to get another one somewhere down the line.
I want to know this too because I want to change the voice on my Character. There is no way to test out the Battle Voice in the creation, it sound good testing the emotion, but when in battle it sound like crap. Just an example anyway, but a lot of potential to messup a Character. Please make it available more, like at least if we paid each Month to prevent abuse changing our Appearance all the time.
