Stone Whisperer IV Not showing up on the 4th node

Time: all the time
Frequency: all the time
World name: Faerie
Character name: Mephie Mimiraji
NPC name: Rocky Outcrop
Monster name:n/a
Class/Level: miner 26-30
Party or solo: solo
In-game time: any time
Area and coordinates: Rocky outcrops in Sagolii Desert Southern Thanalan
Steps:
1. attained lvl 26 and got the Stone Whisperer IV trait
2. mined nodes and 4th one was still blank
3. tried zoning logging out etc.
4. kept trying mining up to lvl 30 in the zone to see if it would unlock eventually
5, became confused and submitted this bug report

Model Number of the PlayStation 3 You Are Using
- Model Number: unsure where to find that but it was a 120gb model

dunno if anyone else is experiencing this not sure whats up so figured i'd post this cause i'm confused as to why its not showing up.
