I have been reading a number of posts concerning the mass bannings for suspected RMT activity and peoples guesses as to why. I say guesses because SE has performed these actions without a single word to the subscriber base detailing the reasons for and the criteria used for performing these actions. With something this huge and effecting a large number of players an official communique should have been issued providing these details. This should have been done as soon as the e-mails started going out. As it is legitimate players are afraid that they will get caught up in this dragnet and never know why. This and other concerns are why SE has such a poor rating for Customer Service within the gaming world.

I just tried to ring their customer services and got an automated message saying they are not taking calls today due to high volume... -

I still don't see how they banned all these "gil sellers" and "gil buyers" and I'm still getting spammed to death. Not to mention all the botting gatherers teleporting all over the map. I kind of figured those would be the first to go.
