PEOPLE WITH 10102, 90000, Possible resolve?

not sure if this is part of the issue or not? but the other day i download the Leatrix latency tool. i could still connect occasionally but i never got the errors until i installed it. now i removed it and restarted my comp and haven't had an issue yet.

Oh gawd, that tool. All that tool does is turn Nagle off. I could see a connection between this and the routers crashing, but not a connectivity problem with SE.
