Quest Incomplete due to 90000 error

Quest: Proof Of Might (Lvl. 30 LNC quest)

Attempting my Level 30 Lancer quest where I have to fight Foulques.
I had completed the fight and was in the middle of the cut scene "AFTER" I already beat/defeated Foulques in the battle sequence. Then I got a 90000 error message and lost connection to the host.

I attempted to log back in and had to wait because it said I was already logged in. No big deal, I can wait. Except that when I log back in, I did not receive credit for the quest completion and I have to re attempt the battle.

Now in doing so I have wasted resources (Hi-potions) to finish this fight only to re-accomplish the entire quest.
