Generated Early-Access EU code, need NA code

First of all: I'm sorry if opening this thread, but where to complain of support area just do not support?

All the history:

I'm having a simple problem: I genereated for mistake an EU early access code, that cannot be redeemed at NA accounts. I opened a ticket to change the code. Square Enix just canceled my ticket without solve it after 10 days and asked to open a new one.

I opened a new one, and after 10 days they sent me an email just saying they cant solve my problem by mail and asked to enter in contact by phone or chat.

The problem is: There is NO chat option for my problem, or any problem related. I am from Brazil, and to call to a non tool-free phone and wait for a ridiculous period of time to solve my problem is just not viable. The prices are too high for the call.

To not be able to redeem my early access code is causing me issues. First, I did not receive the 7 days as compensation for the problems at launching. Second, i dit not receive my EA items.

How i can solve that without waiting for 1 hour doing an international call? What section must i open the ticket? The early-access subsection are related to just transfer an EA code to another account. I really dont know what to do and i fell disrespected by Square Enix customer support, that just seem to not want to solve problems, neither give the ways to solve them.

EA was like a month ago...
and i had the same issue..
but i swapped my code with some1 on this forum it was a great time, got the wrong reg key to..
swapped it on the forum. things worked out ok
