When exactly is "mid" September?

I apologize if this is in the wrong place, but none of the others areas seemed right either.

Anyway, "* World transfer service is scheduled to begin mid-September." Where in the world do you get the idea that it is still "mid" September? So now that you are well aware that is no longer mid-September, what is the new plan? Please just make an announcement. I had to join a separate server than my friends due to restrictions. I do not consider a "reroll" as an option. I shouldn't have had to join a separate server in the first place. What is the deal?

Yeah, reading is my friend, we have been good buds. But finding "transfer info" on page 8 of "new player help" is not my friend. Also, there is no reason that this info shouldn't be updated on the Lodestone.
