2. Go to Coerthas Central Highlands X:34 Y:25
3. Attune to the Aetheryte to get Garuda HM
4. It says "Duty Finder Updated"
5. Then says "The Howling Eye (Hard Mode) Now Accesible"
6. Duty Finder is not updated
7. The Quest Reward is not given
