Lag into disconect into not able ot load the NA/EU server list

Hi i got this issue now a couple of times.

I play normally then its start to lag real hard, freezes finally and then the conection is lost to the server. After try to log in back the server list for NA/EU are not able to load, restart doesnt help. My internet while this going on is working perfectly fine and never disconected at any time during this.

I have to wait at least 30min or longer until the serverlists are up again. And no, there are no maintenance during this.

What is the problem? Someone got that too?
