Ex-mmoplayers stuck without an LS/FC for The Binding Coil of Bahamut?

I'm sure I am not the only one having done endgame content in other MMO, and stuck in FFXIV without a proper FC/LS to continue the progression in this game. We are not hardcore by any means, and do not plan on spending every day in this game, nor do we believe it to be necessary. We do however believe that there are skilled people with limited time that are interested in doing most of the easier endgame that is available (basically all but BC-5).

Which brings us to the point i'm trying to make: There must be people in this game who are in this exact situation, so let's do something about it. I'm currently in a small FC of 4 people (SCH, WHM, PLD, BLM), and we're at full DL, relic+1. We are hoping to find 4-6 other people who are willing to commit to a small linkshell, which does BC and any future 8-man endgame. We will not invite more people than absolutely neccesary to complete the content as this is not a recruitment post for an FC.

Here's my proposal:
If you're at Titan or just past it, and contemplating your next move, and fit in with the kind of situation that I just described, feel free to hit me up for a short discussion. If you ever played WoW, played on Darksorrow/Magtheridon/Tarrent Mill, and know me from there, hit me up. You are free to join the small FC we've made incase you don't have one, but we're mostly interested in adding a few people to the linkshell.

There's only a few requirements which are:
You need to have a proper internet connection (can't complain about lag every raid).
You need to be able to play european evenings a few days a week (maybe 2-3 days for a few hours at most).
You need to be laid back and easygoing, we're a fun bunch and FFXIV is not our second job, it's just a game.

If you find yourself in the situation that I described, please do give me a whisper ingame, reply here or add me to friend list. What do you have to lose other than a couple of minutes?

My guild, Convergence, is at Titan at the moment. We don't all raid, but the raiding group in the guild very much holds the same views you do.

I wish you luck finding the small group you need to complete your raiding party - that's probably your best option. But if that doesn't come off / you'd like other options, we could use a few more people to bolster our small but focussed raiding ranks on an ad hoc (or more) basis. We actually almost have quite a viable group now, only missing a scholar. If any scholar thinks they're up for the task, and want to join up with us, feel free to send me a message ingame.

Im looking for a linkshell to join for bc and other raid content when it comes im a black mage with full darklight (apart from legs they are demagogue) and I have my relic +1 too if you have room id love for an invite to come with you guys im in the uk and play quite a lot if im not in work ill be playing lol :-D jechtt orunitia is the name hopefully we will speak soon
