Does this skill show how much each tick replenishes mana? Trying to figure out how much it will replenish at level 50. I am also assuming that gear scales it higher.

Does this skill show how much each tick replenishes mana? Trying to figure out how much it will replenish at level 50. I am also assuming that gear scales it higher.
it lists the potency. so think regen with that potency only MP instead. for the most part. the ratio is a little different but the MP restored does scale up with equipment.
