[x] Automatically skip previously viewed cut scenes.

If you've watched them already either from story, inn or having done the dungeon several times. I think it's safe to say we would rather get going faster than to press ESC not once but twice and then confirm it afterwards.

It's increasingly annoying when these cut scenes are mid-dungeon and occur when running down a path and you get interrupted or stuck in a mob pat path. I would rather the option to turn these off completely. Saves on load times, and we would also know who is new to the dungeon.

If the whole party turns off cut scenes but for 1 or 2 people Viewing Cut-scene. We'll know they haven't turned it off and are new.
