Main scenario not appearing?

My last main quest was Back from the Woods, and I'm almost positive I picked up the next quest. However, it's not in my quest journal. I went back to the Waking Sands and nobody has anything for me there. Does anyone know what I can do to either find out where to go, or to reapply for the quest?

Next quest appears to be Tea For Three, from Gisilbehrt of the Immortal Flames (if I'm reading my completed quest log correctly). He might be in Little Ala Mhigo, I don't remember for sure, but the description seems to imply that he is.
