[Not yet ready] Unable to turn off system notice

it appears after using skill in cd or repeating the same skill also the same notice displays during macros
there are some other notices not only "Not yet ready."
cos im playing for bard i always have this problem after using wind bite+venom bite which gives you 50% chance to use Blood letter without cd

I hope someone from dev pay attention to this problem cos its realy annoying when this notice blinking red and you cant remove it
