Information Lacking in Character Screen (Stats)

I am actually quite surprised at this. Unless I'm missing something, I see that there is certainly information lacking when looking at your stats. I look at my crit rating, my accuracy rating and see the number next to it. That number doesn't anything to me. My crit rating is 100, is that good? Is that bad? Should I switch some out for another stat, or try to increase it further? I have no idea. When mousing over these stats, I should see something I can use. For example, it should tell me my % chance to Crit an enemy of the same level, my % chance to miss an enemy of the same level. My current spell speed reduces my cast time by x.xx seconds. Information like that which I can actually use to guage which stats to go for on gear. Again, unless I'm missing something, the current numbers are useless to me.
