After running a Duty Finder dungeon, I found that I was still in a party all by myself when I exiting. I am unable to accept party invites from anyone on my server, but I can still queue for Duty Finder. I tried running another duty, but I again in a party alone when I completed it. I tried every way possible to leave the party, but I keep getting an error message "Unable to leave party". Anyone got any ideas?
