Gamepad Cross Hotbar Display Type Suggestion

Currently there are only two options for the Cross Hotbar Display Type: D-Pad + Buttons / D-Pad + Buttons and D-Pad + D-Pad / Buttons + Buttons. It would be nice if there was a third option that was Buttons + D-Pad / D-Pad + Buttons or maybe even fourth option that was D-Pad + Buttons / Buttons + D-pad.

I, and obviously this is my personal opinion, think it would be much easier if the buttons were on the outside and/or inside and the D-Pad was on the inside and/or outside rather than reading it from left to right or stacking both options to a single side.
