It has been three weeks (Error code 601) Payment rejected!!

Hello,

I have been trying to make a payment, but I kept getting this error or 400 one. I dont understand why my credit card is not being accepted, I contacted SE they told me the error comes from me, I linked my bank account to paypal trying to pay.. SE has withdraw from my bank several time the same amount and they still rejected to active the account... they told me I will be refunded, but still I cant seem to have this fixed... I made a friend of mine who is also FFXIV player to use his credit card to register me, I got the same error again!

How to solve this problem... it appearece to be from SE not from me, I tried three methods, paybal, visa, crisa! PLEASE HELP!

A lot of us are... there is a sticky on this as well. So far no end all solution. Some people have been able to get around it with the Ultimate Play Card work around to pay with Crysta. Some don't have the option to pay with Crysta so they can't play at all since their trial expired.

i don't know, i'm stumped as well. I haven't been able to play for the past 2.5 weeks and I really want too. I've yet to call support yet, but not sure I want too if all the posts i'm reading about people calling and saying that SE support just hangs up on them, tell them it's their banks fault, they are entering it wrong, nothing they can do, etc... Their customer support is surely lacking!

Check the huge ass thread, there are a few solutions (if you have the option to get Crysta), if you don't then it is a bit harder but there are posts from people that have succeeded without buying Crysta so check those as well.
