What's up with World Transfer?

Sooo... it's almost the end of September and the Mog Station still says that World Transfer Service will be available Mid-September.

Because of all the server issues at the release of the game, my friends were forced onto a JP server after I had already leveled a character during P4 Beta on an NA server. I didn't want to start over, but I did want to play with them, so I have been playing two characters while waiting on the World Transfer - some of them having been playing two characters also.

I'm sure there are many other people having this same issue. Come on, SE, keep us updated on this. It's obviously not happening Mid-Sept, so update the website and let us know when it's gonna happen!! Also, it would be cool if the first transfer was free as a "sorry" for the server problems, but even if it's not... the sooner the better ; )

Yes, lots of people have had issues. I didn't even realize I was on JP servers until I was lvl 40 (dumb i know), but it's awful. The lag is awful and of course, none of my friends are there. Clearly, it won't be done soon. Can we have some knowledge or update about when we can finally transfer?

SE announced that the server transfers have been pushed back to mid-October. Hopefully they won't charge any fees for doing so, since so few people were able to get on the server of their choice (the one with your friends on it).
