3. Fished for over an hour. Decided to Google the quest and found out the fish is actually in the fishing hole EAST of Byregot's Strike.

TL;DR: U'goromuli tells you to fish in the fishing hole SOUTH of Byregot's Strike, when you actually have to fish in the hole EAST of Byregot's Strike.
