Steps: Summon pet (Selene) and use place command during an instance.
Leave instance
Find that pet is now following you, as if it had been issued the Heel command
re-enter instance
At the start of the fight, pet will immediately return to previous instance's "place" point
This caused Ifrit to enter a murderous rampage and kill most of the party before the party can react.
