Can't discard certain armor, can't store armor in Armoire

I had the red summer top/bottom bikini from 1.0. I accidentally picked it up again. Now it doesn't let me discard it from my inventory. I have no idea what to do.

Also, the black summer top and the one from the veteran rewards can't be stored in the armoire... these are taking 4-5 spots in my inventory and I can't do anything about it. Does the Armoire have a limit on how many items you can store per catagory? Is this a bug? It can't be as intended.

Any ideas, suggestions or tips on how to get rid of this stuff....?
