Steps:
Upon entry to a dungeon the fly through cut scene plays. At a random point the screen will go black. Sound continues to play. 5-20 seconds will pass and the game screen will be restored.

If you skip the cut scene using the in game skip feature the screen will still go black.

I'm not sure if this is a driver issue I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 I experienced this with an old driver 311.00 and currently with the newest driver 327.23

I think the software is crashing the video driver.
