This happened last night around 4am EST on Lamia I cannot see any shout chat and nobody can see my shout chat. I cannot see any /sh chat even in uldah with the gold spammers.

Seconded. Chat is a ghost town. Hurts for people looking to join parties, and who don't have any friends lol
I wonder if this happened on Mateus too. Normally a quiet server as its new and all, but I logged in, no-one responded to a couple of my shouts (semi-typical) and I didn't see any Gil spammers, but that could be because I blacklist every one as soon as I can.
