Tricks of the trade?

What classes is this used in outside of Alchemy? It would not let me in Goldsmith.

I use it on all of my DoH classes.

Maybe it just bugged out then. I will have to test it again tonight and if it still doesn't work put in a report.

remove it and add it back is your hotbar/crossbar shared? friend had that issue and removing the shared option and resetting it up fixed the problem.

Bar is not shared. I will take it off and put it back on tonight and see if it works. Thanks for the tip.

I think your problem is probably because your gsm is low level. Not that the skill has level requirement but you can only have certain amount of 'Additional' skills from other classes like DoW/DoM at each level range. So if you want to make sure Tricks of the Trade is usable across all your lower level classes, make sure to put it as the 1st skill on your additional skill bar in the menu.

Make sure you have enabled Tricks of the Trade to be shared -- this is in addition to setting it on your hotbar.

Suppose you want to use it as Weaver...

1. Switch to Weaver
2. Open up the abilities and traits menu (P)
3. Click on the Alchemy icon and those skills will be displayed on the right side of the window
4. Check the box next to Tricks of the Trade
5. It will appear at the bottom of the window now that it is enabled

Now you should be able to use it as Weaver.
