Is it possible to obtain the items you need for your relic weapon from the Hard Mode Primals on another job?
I need the items for my warrior, but could I complete them on another job and still obtain the items? White-hot Ember etc?

No, you must be on your chosen job in order to obtain any of the key items required for the Relic quest.
