Cannot unlock another relic

So, I just got my Scholar relic and for some reason I cannot get another quest to get my other relics ACCEPT Summoner.

I have been back to waking sands and cannot get another relic quest for another job.


Is this intended or a bug or am I missing something?

Did you not complete your other jobs quest line?

did you complete your lvl 50 job quest?

As far as I am aware, heading there now to check it out.

So yeah, I need to do my jobs quests again.... I have all the skills already... LOL
