Main Quest Broken

It has been over a month that I cannot progress in the main story. This fact simply breaks the game. I gave some very precious time to be on par with the less busy players in the world and this bug has made it null. The game has been ruined by this FAILED RUSH RELEASE. Square enix once again proves that the decent developer died with Squaresoft. This was Square Enix's last chance, and it did indeed impress me until this occured. I deserve a refund on the game as well as the precious week of paid time off I took to be competitive with the communities level. In all my life of gaming, I have never encountered such a game stopping bug. On top of that, I have seen small things tooken care of in a matter a weeks. THIS COMPLETELY BREAKS THE GAME AND YOU HAVEN'T FIXED IT FOR OVER A MONTH? The last real FINAL fantasy was FFXII. You have all failed the community as well as failed as developers and organizers.
