I can't find Sabotendrick in the Central Shroud as part of the lvl 48 quest "Zombies are people too". Does anyone have a position for him or a more exact location than just somewhere in the red circle?

I can't find Sabotendrick in the Central Shroud as part of the lvl 48 quest "Zombies are people too". Does anyone have a position for him or a more exact location than just somewhere in the red circle?
Look for the highest point you can find in that general area. It's like a spirally rock formation with a bunch of deathgazes flying around it. He should be at the top of that.
