unacceptable lag spikes

So I'm trying to play on my PS3 right now and the lag is so bad that it's taking around 25-30 seconds to perform an action that I have selected. Talking to people, navigating menus etc is an absolute nightmare and trying to engage in combat, well you can just forget it. The game is pretty much unplayable at the moment and when you cant play a game you have payed money for (and are continuing to pay money for) then this is simply unacceptable. Squeenix, you are aware of this, right? Please please please sort this out. I would really like to play this game that I keep paying you money for. Though I have to say we all have our limits and from a business perspective you need to pull your finger out before people start to call it a day and look at other MMO's. Rant over
