according to something I read somewhere it will probably be late october early november. I don't remember where I saw it but yoshi said it's definitelly this year or they will be overloaded with work with the ps4 beta and all that is coming next year.

I remember reading that Crystal tower was being added to duty finder and would be a place for "everyone" to enjoy.
