DRG Looking for a FC able to run end game contents

Hello, I'm looking for a Free Company willing to run any endgame contents, mainly The Binding Coil of Bahamut. My main class is Dragoon and I'm currently working on completing my DL set and also trying to +1 my relic weapon.

I cant call myself a hardcore player since there are times real life demands me some time, but I have a very solid sense of competitiveness and also listen to people when it comes to become organized in order to complete certain tasks or quests. So, essentially, I'm looking for a FC with those same qualities and also a sort of optimist attitude regarding any interaction with people (I like to joke a lot, but without losing control of my level of progression).
