Carrilaut Main Story Quest bug

The main story quest The Rose and the Unicorn for level 36 is unobtainable currently. The NPC that gives the quest has the quest icon over his head however NO ONE on my server can interact with him. Many others needing this quest have had the same problem. It is impossible to interact with the NPC. This is preventing any further progress so please fix ASAP!

Steps:
I have tried leaving to level up, got to level 37 and came back with no resolution.

I reset my game and reset my computer. No resolution.

I attempted plugging in my 360 controller and switching to gamepad controls then interacted with the character that way. No resolution.

They moved The Consolidated Thread On This to the Accepted Bugs forum yesterday. This means they have sufficient details to work on the bug and get a fix in. So, hopefully this should be resolved for you and the others stuck on this soon.
