Can you buy time cards at gamestop?

Just curious because I hear people are having a ton of credit card issues.

I haven't heard/ seen anything. I think they're a regional item currently. Don't quote me on that as I actually don't know for sure.

Or just buy a Visa gift card,

You can get a Ultimate Game Card and buy Crysta with it, which you can pay your fees with.

To some extent, it does. If you buy a card with, say, $25 on it, and use that to pay your subscription fee, then the most damage that happens to your account if SE gets hacked is the balance remaining on the card.
