Alchemist Quest (lvl 50) - Momentary Miracle

[Other Players: SPOILERS AHEAD!] I realize this is already an Accepted Bug, but (due to being unable to post on that thread) here is some additional information:

• During one of the sub-requirements of talking to various NPCs, one of them specifically mentions that W'nahja had a Mind materia melded to her wand.
• NPC mentioned directly above is located in the Ul'dah Adventurer's Guild near the Levemete. (The female, looking at what used-to-be the Market Boards/Crafting Requests before ARR.)

The existing/accepted post only mentions the journal entry error. The NPC error compounds the problem significantly -if the player reads the text- because (aside from the quest-tracker indicating the "correct" materia) there is no in-universe mention of a Quicktongue materia throughout the quest. (Leading players to logically assume the quest-tracker to be the error.)
