Screenshot Folder Errors

I'm having an issue when I take screenshots. Occasionally, one of my screenshots will be repeated replacing the following screenshots I take. For example, I took a screenshot of a sleeping chocobo, then later took a screenshot riding my chocobo through the rain, and another shot of my party later on after that. When I went to my screenshot folder all 3 screenshots showed up as the sleeping chocobo, but had the timestamps of the three different screenshots I had taken. The same issue occurred again today with me taking 3 screenshots and all appearing as the first screenshot but with the correct timestamps of the following shots.
