It was said during the TGS live producer letter over the weekend. S.E just didn't expect so many users that it had to push back certain things, one being world transfers. It was said that it will be available for a certain period of time.
Also was wondering I am currently playing on sargatanas if I would to world transfer to a J.P server will there be any lag issues since the J.P servers are station in J.P and the N.A are station in Cali.
