Just wanted to say thanks again for all your help Aesthphron! Someone in my guild looted our chest, and since theres no log, I made a ticket. This GM replied very quickly, considering the amount of tickets they must be getting per day. Not only did he reply, but had a conversation to help me understand the situation and actions available to take.
