Gilgamesh - Healer Looking for End Game Focused Free Company

I am looking for an end game guild now that I am nearing 50 (and would be there if it weren't for the Story Quest bug).

Looking For
The most important thing to me is that a guild have strong leadership and be fun to play with.

Strong leadership means that the guild is well run, all the way from only allowing quality members to having an outline of what the guilds goals are and how to accomplish them. If something has to be farmed, who is doing it, when is it getting done? How is gear getting distributed to maximize the group benefit? These are example questions.

Being fun to play with is more of a personal thing. Some basics would be active players (not "raid loggers"), a willingness to be friendly and inviting etc.
