[BUG] Amdapor Keep lag

Time: 8 am CST, 2 pm CST

Area and coordinates: Amdapor Keep. Whole instance.
Steps:
1. Join Amdapor Keep.
2. Other party members are not moving from teleport spots after each of first two bosses.
3. Party member battle animations are showing on monsters, but they are no characters performing them.
4. Occasionally, a monster will not be moving (stuck in place). Cannot attack this monster at all, but can be damaged by it. Occurred once with Psycheflayer and once with a Succubus (different instances).

I'm also noticing this issue in other areas to a much lesser degree (Central Shroud, Garuda HM). Amdapor Keep is orders of magnitude worse.
